Pri Skofu Review
This tiny, eclectic neighborhood place serves as a kind of temple for foodies in the suburb of Trnovo. The emphasis is on traditional Slovenian cooking, but not the sort that makes it onto many standard menus. The gnocchi, risotto, and buckwheat dumplings come highly recommended. Most ingredients are purchased daily at Ljubljana's open-air market. The menu changes daily, so ask the server what looks good that day.
