Fodor's Review:

One of the city's newest two-star hotels, Emonec fills a longtime gap in the market for a clean, affordable hotel in the center. Don't expect much in the way of frills or services, but the simple modern rooms are tastefully furnished, the breakfast is fine, and the staff is helpful. At this price level in Ljubljana, that's a considerable bargain.
