This pleasant eatery overlooks Portree Harbour and its colorful row of waterfront houses. It can get busy, so you may have to wait a while in the barn next door. The kitchen serves basic dishes, well prepared and presented, with imaginative touches; try the sole on green lentils with chorizo, or the mackerel on a Nicoise salad. The portions are generous, though the wine is a little overpriced. The staff is cheerful and welcoming.
