Summer Isles Hotel Review

Halfway along a road that ends at the sea, this well-kept hotel is built into a small hill and contemplates the mystical Summer Isles. This remote gem has a bright dining room with a wall of windows and a snug bar with an impressive selection of malt whiskies. (There's also grittier public bar.) The main building houses three rooms, and there's further accomodation in luxury suites, each with its own spectacular view. With exposed stonework, modern bathrooms, and everything finished to a high standard, this is Highlands chic.
