Torridon Hotel Review

The Victorian Gothic turrets of this former hunting lodge promise atmosphere and grandeur. Log fires, handsome plasterwork ceilings, mounted stag heads, and traditional furnishings set the mood downstairs, and bedrooms are decorated in restrained pastel shades with antique mahogany furniture. Four-course dinners include seafood, beef, lamb, and game, and the cellar has many fine wines. Ask for a room with loch views.
