Inver Lodge Hotel Review

On a hillside above Lochinver, this modern hotel has stunning views of the sea. Contemporary colors and traditional mahogany furniture decorate the smart guest rooms. The restaurant, run by star chef Albert Roux, delights with adventurous and unusual approaches to local seafood. For a more casual approach, there's also a bar menu. Anglers feel especially at home here (and not just in the restaurant), with three salmon rivers and many trout lochs within easy reach.
