Run by Austrian Hermann Aschaber and his Glaswegian wife, the restaurant presents the cuisines of both countries. The Black Watch–tartan carpet and alpine murals are as successfully matched as the signature Scottish dishes like cullen skink (a fish-and-potato soup) and chicken with Stornaway black pudding and Drambuie cream, and Austrian staples like Wiener schnitzel and cheese spaetzle.
