Glen Ogle Review
Southwest of Killin the A827 joins the main A85. By turning south over the watershed, you will see fine views of the hill ridges behind Killin. The road leads into Glen Ogle, "amid the wildest and finest scenery we had yet seen... putting one in mind of prints of the Khyber Pass," as Queen Victoria (1819-1901) recorded in her diary when she traveled this way in 1842.
