Pitlochry Dam and Fish Ladder Review
Most Scottish dams have salmon passes or ladders of some kind, enabling the fish to swim upstream to their spawning grounds. The Pitlochry Dam and Fish Ladder, just behind the main street, leads into a glass-paneled pipe that allows the fish to observe the visitors.
