Fodor's Review:

The spacious art deco interior, modeled after the style of the Queen Mary ocean liner—maple paneling, chrome trim, and dramatic ocean murals—is enough to recommend this restaurant. Portions are generous in the main dining area, where impeccably prepared specialties include roast rack of lamb and classic seafood dishes like seared scallops. Downstairs in the Café Rogano (£-££), the brasserie-style food is more modern and imaginative. The theater menu provides early evening and late-night bargains, and the fixed-price lunch menu is popular with locals. You can also order one of the fabulous cocktails and prop up the swank oyster bar.
