Battlefield Rest

Battlefield Rest Review

Built in 1915, this former tram station has been lovingly transformed into a very popular Italian restaurant where the walls of windows are framed by heavy cream drapes. The food is authentic, well seasoned, and full of flavor; try the chicken stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in Parma ham, or the panfried duck with figs. There are plenty of pastas and pizzas from which to choose. To get to this restaurant near Queen's Park, take Bus 66 from the St. Enoch underground station.
