The White House Apartments Review

On a tranquil crescent just west of the Botanical Gardens, this well-managed cluster of Victorian town houses has more than 30 individually furnished apartments. Ranging from small studios to spacious three-bedroom flats, they all have fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas with sofas and chairs. Some are more contemporary than others, but it's hard to beat the space, views, location, or the peace and quiet—not to mention the surprisingly reasonable rates. The lobby is very Scottish, with tartan carpets, and elaborate chandeliers pepper the corridors and stairways. The helpful staff can point you in any direction you need to go.
