Getting Here and Around

If you arrive by car, be prepared for an endless drive round the town as you look for a parking space. The parking lots around Rose Park (behind the bus station and a short walk from the town center) are your best bet. If you arrive by local or national bus, the bus station is a five-minute walk from into town. The nearest train station, Leuchars, is 10 minutes away by taxi (£10) or the same by bus (£2), both of which can be found outside the station. St. Andrews can be fully enjoyed on foot without too much exertion.
