Old Course. Believed to be the oldest golf course in the world, the Old Course was first played in the 15th century. Strathtyrum Course. Those with a high handicap will enjoy a toddle around this course, opened in 1993, without the worry or embarrassment of holding up more experienced golfers. This course is for novices, rather than serious golfers. £25 per round. 18 holes, 5,620 yds, par 69.
