With eight bright and contemporary two-room suites, this popular "restaurant with rooms" is perhaps best known for its outstanding, modern, Scottish-style restaurant (££££). Considered one of the finest in Scotland, it serves such mouthwatering entrées as cannelloni with langoustines and scallops.
