Fodor's Review

Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh. Built in the late 1980s, this city-center hotel was designed to blend in among the 16th-, 17th-, and 18th-century buildings on the Royal Mile. Rooms are spacious and contemporary, with muted colors—practical rather than luxurious. The family room sleeps up to five. There's a contemporary lounge, but the real bonus comes with the pool, spa, and gym. Excellent customer service is a given, and there's no charge for Wi-Fi.

Ultra Convenient, Top-Notch Service

spacious, quiet, comfortable, all services as advertised, right in the heart of the charming old part of Edinburgh. Concierge service (and all service, for that matter) was excellent - terrific recommendations for walks, restaurants, all information we needed. Plus: a room upgrade!
