Standing on the banks of the River Ness, this 12-room guest house is a quick walk from the well-regarded Eden Court Theatre and the rest of the attractions of the city center. All the rooms are simple and unadorned, dressed in pale yellow and other neutral shades. The age of the Victorian building shows in the slight lean of the floors, but all the front rooms have a mesmerizing view of the wide, swirling river. The large public rooms have a traditional feel.
