Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary

Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary Review

On the shores of Loch Creran, this marine sanctuary is part aquarium where you can get an up-close look at everything from sharks to stingrays, and part animal rescue facility. Adorable otters and seals receive rehabilitation here before being released back into the wild. Kids will appreciate the adventure playground. The restaurant serves morning coffee, a full lunch menu, and afternoon tea. To get here, drive north from Oban for 10 miles on the A828; West Coast Motors also provide a regular bus service.
