Visitor Information
The service bureaus of all the major hotels offer their guests (and anyone else willing to pay their fees) various tourist services, including help in booking group or individual excursions, making a restaurant reservation, or purchasing theater or ballet tickets. You can also find help (as the hotels themselves often do) from Intourist, today's reincarnation of the old Soviet tourist service or from some of the tour agencies.
