Yakitoria has proved the most reliable of Moscow's many sushi restaurants. The food may not be the most genuine article (the real thing goes for bank-breaking prices in Moscow and you can count on the fish coming from a freezer here), but the service is quick, most ingredients fresh, and the menu comprehensive. There are several branches of the restaurant, including this one nearly opposite the Marriott Royal Avrora hotel and one on Novy Arbat. Lines are common, so reservations are a good idea.
