Yakitoria Review
This popular restaurant has proved the most reliable of Moscow's many sushi restaurants. The food may not be the most genuine article (the real thing goes for bank-breaking prices in Moscow), but the service is quick, most ingredients fresh (though the fish was probably frozen for transport to Moscow), and the menu comprehensive. There are several branches of the restaurant. Lines are common, so reservations are a good idea.
