From the 27th floor of this modern skyscraper you can see the city stretching out in front of you. Nighttime views are particularly fine. Many jokes have been made about the men's bathroom's unique view of the White House, where the government works. The restaurant serves what it calls "modern European" cuisine, which means lots of small salads and fusion. But it's a better bet to just sit with a cocktail and stare out the window. Open until 3 am, it's perfect for late-night carousing.
