Head to the top floor of the Ararat Park Hyatt to enjoy the view over part of the Kremlin and the Bolshoi Theater with a glass of wine. The balcony, which is very popular with tourists and opens late April to mid-September, stretches around three sides of the hotel for a great panoramic view of the city. The food and service, however, don't always match the quality of the view. Service can be slow and the food—meats and seafood grilled on an outdoor barbecue—is good but unexciting. Drinks, especially cocktails, are pricey.
