Just off Tverskaya ulitsa and opposite the Moscow Art Theater, this is the perfect spot for a pre- or post-theater dinner. The restaurant, which specializes in French, Swiss, and Italian cuisine, comes into its own in summer with its outdoor café. Entrées might include tiger prawns à la Provençale or risotto with black truffles. The business lunch, at 541R for a three-course meal, is one of the best in the city center.
