Choose your own ingredients, hand them over to a chef, and watch them sizzle on hot Mongolian barbecue plates. Yolki-Palki Po… is a more proletarian, fast-food version of the normal Mongolian dining experience. Tribal Mongolian banners hang overhead in the dining room of this glass building in the center of Moscow, on Pushkinskaya Ploshchad. Salads, good Russian pies, and Central Asian soups are also on the menu, as is loud, not Mongolian, pop music. The place is extremely popular, and lines form outside even in the dead of winter.
