If you intend to take a cab from Faro Airport, there will be plenty of vehicles waiting outside the arrivals area no matter what time you arrive. Fares are set by the government, but double-check with the driver before you depart.

In Faro, you can call for taxis or hail them on the street. A fare of €4 to €5 will get you across town. Uber is now also a convenient option in the larger cities.
