This glamorous restaurant in the casino has a unique view over the coastline and a very refined style. It's a worthy choice, although it tends to be a bit pricey. Chef Hermínio Costa oversees changing menus dominated by locally caught seafood. You might start with a salad of bacalhau with roast peppers, or fish and lobster soup, and then tuck into fresh fish, roasted, grilled, or sautéed. There are also delicious lamb, pork, and beef dishes. Or have it all with the tasting menu (€45, or €65 with wines). To finish, there's a selection of Portuguese cheeses and fruit compotes. A jacket is not required, but you should dress smartly. Open only Friday and Saturday nights
