$-$$$, Seafood, Cascais
Fodor's Review:
One of several well-established and unpretentious restaurants behind the fish market, the Beira Mar has a comfortable, tiled interior. An impressive display of the day's catch shows you the best of the seafood, although, as ever, you can end up paying top dollar for dinner if you're not careful, since it's all sold by weight. Make sure you know the price first, or stick to the dishes with fixed prices -- rice with clams or steaks cut from swordfish or tuna are always worth trying.
