If you want expansive views of the castle and river, book a room on one of the upper floors of this hotel. If it's summer, ask for a balcony. The top-floor dining room has huge windows, making breakfast a real pleasure, and a terrace where guests gather for drinks at sunset. Though the hotel is on Lisbon's highest hill, Tram 28 runs nearby.
