Olivier

Fodor's Review:

Named after its owner, the son of famous Portuguese chef Michel, this restaurant has successfully won the hearts of Lisbon's gourmets. You go through a big white door into the cozy, sophisticated black-and-red interior where owner Olivier and his blue-shirted minions greet you. The restaurant prides itself on its 11 original appetizers—such as crab guacamole served on corn bread, tomato and feta cheese on the spit, foie gras with onion and port wine, mushrooms with pesto and cheese—and all are mouthwatering.
