Olivier

Olivier Review

Named after its owner, a famous chef like his father, this restaurant has successfully won the hearts of Lisbon's gourmets. You go through a big white door into the cozy, sophisticated black-and-red interior. As a starter, try crab guacamole served on corn bread, tomato and feta cheese on the spit, foie gras with onion and port wine, or mushrooms with pesto and cheese; main dishes include braised veal shanks, and sea scallops in a white butter sauce.
