Fodor's Review:

Tapadinha has by far the best Russian food in Lisbon and especially the best beef tartare. Leave by taxi—because by the time you've sampled all their different-flavor vodkas you dare not drive. Constructivist posters and painted wooden dolls decorate the space, which is rather dark, but illuminated by candles.
