Wash them down with hot or cold sake—or a "Sakerinha," an adaptation of the Brazilian lime-and-sugar caipirinha—and perhaps finish with a velvety chocolate-and-rum mousse. The insistent, funky sound track suits the young crowd here, as do the low tables and lighting.
