Fodor's Review:
This quirky hotel seems like something straight out of a David Lynch film: the gaudy decor -- with plush draped curtains and a lot of gilded frames -- is a bit surreal. However, it offers surprisingly good value, particularly if you can get one of the special rates. The rooms are comfortable, and some are equipped with rather sumptuous -- though once again, quite gaudy -- bathrooms. Although not strictly central, the location is not bad at all: right next to the fashionable Burakowska Street, Arkadia shopping mall, and the beautiful, historical Powázki Cemetery. Every wall seems to be adorned with mirrors, and they are for sale, so if you fancy taking one home… Unfortunately, the breakfast is rather disappointing, a buffet with limited choices that just parks there in the early morning and waits (and waits).
