You can collect your poste restante at the Main Post Office (Westerplatte 20), where the full range of postal services is available. A 24-Hour Post Office (pl. Kolejowy) is in front of the main railway station.

There are a number of Internet hotspots around the Old Town, including in the Market Square and on Szeroka in Kazimierz. Most four- and five-star hotels offer Internet access to their guests free of charge. Internet cafés are in abundance.

ARS Internet Café (ul. sw. Jana 6. 012/421-41-99. www.ars.pl) is huddled in the Kraków Cinema Centre ARS. Internet Café (Rynek Glówny 23. 012/432-94-94. www.cafe.studencki.pl) is open 24 hours a day. U Luisa Cyber Café (Rynek Glówny 13. 012/617-02-22. www.uluisa.com) has flat-screen monitors and high-speed connection.
