The owners of this elegant and posh establishment have reincarnated Jan Wentzl's restaurant, which opened in the same building in 1792. On the menu, Old Polish cuisine meets the whole world in the wine list. You'll see saddle of deer marinated in lemongrass with aromatic cinnamon bark and red currant sauce, which you may wish to pair with a Rioja Muga Reserva or a Chianti classico. Not only your tastebuds will enjoy this experience, as Wentzl also offers a feast for the eyes: the restaurant is like a small gallery of Ècole de Paris paintings, and there is a great view down to the Market Square.
