When you step into Guliwer, you may think you've stepped into a French country inn. You're still firmly planted on Polish soil, but the cuisine here is definitively Gallic. The food is simple yet tasty, in tune with the decor. This is now more of a bistro than a restaurant, perfect for lunch or a snack if you don't feel like having a full meal.
