Right outside Stryn, Jostedalsbreen Nasjonalparksenter covers the glacier and the surrounding region in detail. Landscape models, mineral and photograph collections, films, and dioramas describe the region's unique geography, flora, and fauna. The Geological Park, which opened in 2005, features a comprehensive collection of local rocks. There's also a garden of 325 types of wildflowers.
