Statholdergaarden

Statholdergaarden Review

Onetime Bocuse d'Or champion Bent Stiansen's Asian-inspired French dishes have long been popular with locals. The six-course gastronomic menu changes daily; you can also order from the à la carte menu. Try the pigeon with sweet-corn compote, celery cream, and cherry sauce or the fried sea bass with bok choy, risotto, parmesan croquettes, and tomato and saffron sauce. More than 400 years old, the rococo dining room is one of Norway's largest.
