Fodor's Review:
Inside Oslo's City Hall, built in 1641, this is the city's oldest restaurant. Its reputation is based mostly on traditional fish and game dishes. An absolute must, if you're lucky enough to be visiting at the right time, is the house specialty, the pre-Christmas lutefisk platter. The backyard has a charming outdoor area for dining in summer.
