Vegeta Vertshus

Fodor's Review:

This innovative buffet-style vegetarian restaurant opposite the national theater was established in 1938. Vegeta Vertshus is a godsend for vegetarians in a town with meat- and fish-centric menus. A wide variety of meals are on offer here, including vegetarian pasta dishes, pizza, curries, and quiches.
