Vietnamese owner Heidi NGuyen and her friendly staff have all lived and cooked throughout Asia, and "Bamboo" reflects this: the menu has delicious and authentic Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Chinese dishes. Try the tom yum soup for a starter and the teppanyaki for a main course. The banh tom ho tay (Vietnamese shrimp and sweet-potato pancakes) and kaeng phets (duck, shrimp, or lamb in coconut milk and vegetables) are both good. The yellow, orange, and pink interior has a bamboo floor and Andy Warhol-type prints in an Asian theme.
