Bølgen & Moi Review

In late 2012, this branch of the trendy Bølgen & Moi chain moved to grand and majestic quarters, with marble walls, tall columns, chandeliers, fabulous ceiling details, and a new champagne and seafood bar. What hasn't changed is its very good-value lunch menu, which includes their famous fish soup and a crayfish sandwich. Dinner might include turbot with asparagus and a citrus hollandaise, a modern take on a Norwegian classic.
