In the same building as the Bergen Art Museum, this local outlet of Norway's Bølgen & Moi restaurant franchise is the perfect place for a break from the galleries. The lunch menu offers excellent value for money, but the brasserie is well worth a visit later in the evening. Try the turbot with asparagus and citrus hollandaise, a modern take on a Norwegian classic. For a hearty lunch, try the fish soup, or the crayfish sandwich. The well-stocked bar is a trendy meeting place for local businesspeople.
