The well-traveled owner has created havens from his wanderings, with hot, deep colors evoking Turkey and Morocco throughout the individually styled rooms on the second floor, and motifs conjuring up Africa and South America on the third and fourth floors. The restaurant of the same name on the ground floor has, needless to say, a very international menu, and all the meat used is halal. The location on the young, busy Witte de Withstraat draws a nicely "in" crowd to both hotel and restaurant.
