Fodor's Review

Smaller than the Leidseplein, this touristy square (which used to be the city's butter market) is the focus for hotels, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife venues. After recent refurbishment, the statue of the man himself in the middle of the square looks even more imposing. Café Schiller at No. 26 is an Art Deco haven from the scrum.
