You'll always find a line out the door at this surprisingly modern-looking Chinese eatery, its only concession to tradition being the roast ducks hanging in the window. Fast, fresh, and cheap, the menu doesn't offer many surprises, but the crowds keep coming for sweet and sour chicken, noodle soup with shrimp dumplings and beef balls, and spareribs in black bean sauce. Beloved by Amsterdam chefs, locals, and tourists alike, this place is often packed, so it's best to reserve a table in advance to bypass the inevitable queue.
