Everything shines here: the copper, the mirrors, the white tablecloths and, of course, the food. Part of a popular chain, Flo is centrally located right off bustling Rembrandtplein and serves classic French dishes to a devoted crowd. Indulge in their heavenly fish soup, head to their Fruits de Mer bar, or have your waiter prepare steak tartare at your table. (Due to local activism, they did remove foie gras from their menu).
