In the heart of Amsterdam is this true-blue Florentine trattoria, a perennial favorite with professionals and media types. The open kitchen, skylighted ceiling, wooden floors and tables, and attentive service all work to create a sort of "country kitchen" atmosphere. The cooks pride themselves on their ability to create any regional dish, but you will undoubtedly find your favorite already listed on the extensive menu. The risottos are profound, the fish dishes sublime, the desserts decadent, and the wine list inspired. What more can one ask?

We really enjoyed the food. We ordered a four course fixed price meal which was so much food but delicious. Reserve early. We had to take a 6:00 reservation.
