Fodor's Review:

Sluizer is actually a twin restaurant with a bistrolike atmosphere that once upon a time served meat on one side and fish on the other. Now it's all united, and both areas remain simply decorated and completely unpretentious. Sluizer is known for simple food prepared without an excess of either fanfare or creativity. Because the prices are right and the service swift, it is crowded every night with a predominantly business and pre-theater crowd.
