This franchise of superstar chef Jamie Oliver does exactly the same as the London original: it trains young adults as kitchen team players while filming them for a reality television show. Shockingly, it's proven to be a remarkably consistent success, thanks in part to its waterfront location in the up-and-coming Eastern Docklands neighborhood. While the kids learn under the tutelage of well-established chefs, diners indulge in one set menu per day featuring such dishes as Sicilian-style fish soup and veal in a tuna sauce.

No service in the middle of nowhere

This Jamie Oliver restaurant is in the middle of nowhere unless you happen to be staying at the Movenpick next door as we were...
The room is cavernous and not terribly inviting, the food was only 'okay' but the service was horrible. And there couldn't have been another dozen diners there as it was early.
Very disappointing.

Outrageous

Fifteen has come up in the world . . . and if you like Jamie Oliver combinations, this is the place in Amsterdam to be. (you might even be as lucky and bump into Jamie himself). Food and service is extraordinary. In terms of atmosphere it is a little too open and therefore, too loud. Unfortunately, it's also a little difficult to get to, but the flavor food makes up for it.
